ETS from Ipoh--->KL.
Reached there around 12.30pm.
The sun was sooooooo HOT.
And this system makes our connection FAIL.
Nah,see....NO SERVICE !!!!!
Our team Captain !
See the crowd !!!!! There are more than 300k peopleS.
Our voices need to be heard.
That is my very first time sat under the sun. Proud of myself. >_>''
Unfortunately , just when I thought everything is going well.
The ''tear gas'' is waiting for us.
No one could be escape from that and of course me.
I have no words to describe the feelings.
The tears gas made me tears drop for non-stop and I can't even open the eye.
It was plain bullshit !!!!!!!!!
Luckily , a anonymous save me from the fire of hell by gave me salt.
Once I ate the salt ,I fell much better.

All my member(31peoples) was missing.
Only left 2 of us.
And my mind was empty , I couldn't think of anything.
Plus,the handphone have no connection.
Can you feel how much hopeless I was on that time ?!!

How to Transform Your Hair From Frizzy to Smooth
Say goodbye to frizz and hello to luscious locks by embracing the science of smooth.
Step 1: Start with the right shampoo
To achieve all-day smooth, start with a conditioning shampoo that penetrates hair to the core and helps protect each strand from breakage. A conditioning shampoo will also help align the strands, reducing the inter-fiber spaces that can make frizz seem even more unruly.Step 2: Use a smooth conditioner
Apply a moisturizing conditioner; it’s important that your shampoo and conditioner work in unison. Conditioner lubricates the hair surface, providing a barrier between your hair and the environment mdash; helping to lock in good moisture and keep out the humidity that causes frizz.Step 3: Rinse and blot
Rinse your hair thoroughly. Then, gently blot excess water from your hair with a clean towel. Aggressive towel-drying can damage cuticles.Step 4: Repel moisture
Apply a leave-in cream with humidity protection. By repelling moisture in the air, it provides yet another barrier to the elements.Step 5: Dry it
If you want to keep your curls, use a diffuser, scrunching the ends as you dry. If you want a straight look, blow-dry it until it’s 95 percent dry and then blow it out with a brush. With either texture, smooth just the ends with a curling iron or flatiron for a more finished look.Step 6: Freeze it
Help lock in your smooth look with a hair spray formulated to keep out frizz; its fixative polymers will help keep each hair in place. Once sprayed, refrain from unnecessarily combing, brushing, and touching your hair.Step 7: Show off
Enjoy those smooth tresses. You and your hair are ready for anything!

How to Dress for Your Body Shape ?
Have you ever tried on a clothing style because it looked cute in a magazine or on a friend, only to look in the mirror and rush to take it off?
Here’s how to dress for your body shape:
If you have curvy hips, avoid pleats and gathers because too much volume can make you look larger than you are. Instead of trying to camouflage yourself with volume, flaunt your curves in a flattering way by wearing fitted fashions. Look for pants and skirts with stretch, but make sure they’re made of substantial, stronger fabrics, like stretch twill and denim instead of thin, clingy jersey, to help smooth out any bulges.
If you’re petite, skirts are for you — just be sure to pick the right length. Even though they’re comfy, maxi skirts will drag on the ground and make you look as if you raided your mom’s closet. Likewise, midcalf lengths will look dowdy. Instead, show some leg so you look well-proportioned — your skirts should hit just at or above the knee. You can even wear a mini!
If you’re pear-shaped, A-line cuts are the most flattering for your petite top and fuller bottom. Avoid boxy cropped tops, baggy cardigans, and swingy jackets that make your waist disappear. Accentuate your smaller waist with belts and cropped, fitted jackets, tailored blouses, and slim-fitting tees. My trick to looking instantly slimmer is to have my pants pockets stitched shut so they don’t gap, giving me a sleeker line. A wrap dress is also very flattering, either for work or for nights out.
If you’re busty, make sure your close-fitting blouses and jackets are tailored perfectly so they don’t pull and gape open in the wrong places. Or opt for flowy tops that are more forgiving. Balance your proportions by choosing bottoms that have a bit more volume so you don’t look top-heavy — for example, pick boot-cut instead of skinny jeans, cargo pants instead of leggings.

How to Choose the Right Jeans for Your Body Shape?
In search of the perfect pair of jeans? Here are tips on finding jeans that flatter your figure.
Here’s how to choose the right jeans for your body:
- If you’re curvy, look for a mid-rise boot-cut jean with some stretch in a dark rinse, like Fidelity's Belladonna in Viper Rinse. They’ll hug your waist, balance out your curves, and accentuate your feminine figure in all the right places.
- For a longer, leggy look, try a polished, low-rise pair, like Fidelity's straight-leg Houston style. Wear them long, and pair them with high-heeled peep-toe ankle boots for day, and stilettos for night.
- If you have a petite frame, try a skinny jean, like Fidelity's new Ace ultra-slim style — it's fitted through the thigh and knee and has tasteful stitching on the pockets. Avoid loud stitching and flaps on the pockets, which can overwhelm your figure.
Finally, don’t be afraid to try fits that are out of your comfort zone, such as a wide-leg style or a tapered skinny — you just might be surprised at how great you look!

Preventing and Treating Bad Breath
Bad breath, also called halitosis, is embarrassing, and breath mints can only mask it. Simple steps can help you prevent it, however, and a visit to your dentist is often enough to treat it.
Everyone suffers from bad breath (known medically as halitosis) every now and then. Tobacco, and foods like garlicky pasta, can turn breath from fresh to stale or even stinky — but improper or lax toothbrushing can also be a culprit.
Proper toothbrushing matters because sloppy oral care can leave food particles behind. These collect bacteria, which can cause bad breath. And smoking dries out your mouth, meaning there’s less saliva to wash away food debris and bacteria. The result is halitosis. Halitosis can also be caused by pungent foods like garlic and onions, because after food is digested and absorbed into the bloodstream, it’s carried to the lungs, where you exhale it until your body eliminates it. For some foods, this can take up to 72 hours!
If your dentist gives you a clean bill of health and your breath still seems off-putting, see your doctor. Sometimes bad breath is sign of a medical condition such as an infection in the throat, nose, or elsewhere in the respiratory tract. It can also be caused by a gastrointestinal problem, diabetes, or serious kidney and liver disorders. Certain medications can also affect your breath.
But in most cases, all it takes to banish bad breath is to adopt healthy habits. And knowing that your breath is fresh and clean can boost your confidence as you go about your daily activitie

Home Remedies for Bad Breath
While popping a mint into your mouth or rinsing with mouthwash can mask bad breath, those are only temporary fixes. To prevent halitosis from occurring in the first place, try these tips:- Brush your teeth at least twice a day, for two to three minutes at a time, and don’t forget to brush your tongue. Even better, use a tongue scraper, available at many drugstores; because the tongue is spongy, a scraper will remove more bacteria than the bristles of your toothbrush will. Replace your toothbrush every three to four months. To remove food particles from between your teeth, floss or use an interdental cleaner daily. If you wear dentures, take them out and clean them thoroughly every day.
- Drink lots of water to stimulate the flow of saliva and keep your mouth moist (“morning breath” is the result of saliva production slowing as you sleep). You can also stimulate saliva by chewing sugarless gum or sucking on sugarless hard candy.
- Don’t smoke. If you want help kicking the habit, ask your doctor or dentist to recommend a smoking cessation program.
- Say “no thanks” to garlic, onions, and other foods with strong odors when you’re trying to make a good impression.
- Get regular dental exams. See your dentist at least twice a year to have your teeth checked and cleaned.
Treating Bad Breath
To find the cause of persistent bad breath, make an appointment with your dentist. The culprit may be periodontal (gum) disease, which is caused by plaque, the colorless, sticky film of bacteria that forms on the teeth. If it’s not brushed away every day, plaque can irritate your gums and lead to tooth decay and bad breath. Once gum disease is treated, bad breath disappears. If dry mouth is the problem, your dentist may prescribe an artificial saliva or oral medication.

How to Look Good in Photos?
Whether you're attending a big event or just taking a new Facebook profile picture, you want to look your best. These simple tips will help to ensure you're always camera ready.
Love the Lens
What you may see as a flaw — a space between your front teeth, big ears, or tons of freckles — others see as endearing. Those are the traits that make you you, so use them to your advantage and embrace them with confidence.
“It sounds like a ‘duh’ moment, but smile,” says celebrity makeup artist Mally Roncal. “It brightens up the face and makes you appear confident, which can really make the difference between a great photo and an okay photo.”
Confidence is essential, and if you’re having fun in the photo, your makeup and clothing will be secondary.
Stop Oil Slicks
A shiny T-zone doesn’t look attractive in any situation. Before applying your makeup, start with an oil-absorbing primer like L’Oreal Studio Secrets Magic Perfecting Base or Philosophy Never Let Them See You Shine.
Then, after applying your makeup, skip the powder. “Translucent powder is the enemy,” Mally warns. “It will make you look ghostly, dry, and cakey.” Instead, Jessica Wu, M.D., assistant clinical professor of dermatology at USC Medical School in Los Angeles, suggests carrying around blotting papers to suck up excess oil throughout the day. She recommends Clean & Clear Oil Absorbing Sheets.
Emphasize Your Eyes
The secret is to focus on your eyes and add color to your lips and cheeks. “Since cameras and flashes tend to make your eyes look smaller, take your normal eye makeup up a few notches, and make sure to use eyeliner,” says Dr. Wu.
Use a black liner on the top inner rims of your eyes to make your lashes appear fuller, and apply a nude or white liner on the bottom inner rims to make your eyes pop.
Open up your eyes by curling your lashes before applying mascara. If you’re preparing for a special event, add some false lashes to the outer corners for a more dramatic effect.
Find Your Best Angle
“You never want a camera to catch you straight on or sideways,” remarks stylist Sarah Shirley. “By varying your stance, tilting your head, or moving around, you can look ten pounds thinner.” Look at photos of your favorite celebrities on the red carpet and practice posing in front of your mirror to find out which angles work best for you.
Dress for Success
“Since photos last a lifetime, you want to wear clothing and accessories that are simple and make you feel relaxed so you’re able to exude confidence,” Shirley says.
Solid colors are timeless and a great choice for staged pictures — like headshots or engagement photos — that you’re going to refer to for a long time. Patterns may quickly become outdated but they can be perfect for capturing a fun, spontaneous moment.
Since you never know what angle you’ll be photographed from, you should think of a photo as capturing 360 degrees. That means the cut of your clothing matters, too. “Always go for cuts that are close to the body so you don’t add unnecessary pounds for the camera,” says Shirley. If you’re thin, you may want to add volume with a full skirt or loose blouse. To appear slimmer, opt for tailored cuts or straight-leg pants.
